Good design mostly comes down to restraint: knowing which ten things not to build, so the one thing that matters gets done right. Every feature carries an opportunity cost, and scope is a strategy decision.
Since 2018 I’ve led design teams at BookMyShow, Microsoft and Fynd. The work moved from screens to systems: team structure, hiring bar, decision rights, design operations and time to market. I still stay close enough to ship the work myself when the stakes call for it.

I’ve led a 40+ person design org at Fynd, 22 designers at BookMyShow and 9 at Microsoft. At each step the scope grew from shipping products to building the organization that ships them, with clear ownership, a hiring bar and an operating model product and engineering can rely on.

Own design for Fynd's AI-native products, leading design orgs with four managers across product, visual, motion and web. Consolidated Pixelbin's five disconnected tools into one product: paid conversion up 18%, cross-product drop-off down 40%.

Senior Design Manager
Microsoft
Led 9 designers across Bing and MSN verticals including Sports, Health and Autos. Rebuilt MSN Sports for a 27% engagement lift and led a mobile redesign that grew daily active users 15%.
